We are pleased to announce that our training center Swiss Coding Academy is launching a new initiative - weekly practical workshops dedicated to the most in-demand skills in Data, Analytics and IT.
These meetings are designed so that anyone - student, aspiring analyst or current professional - can come, learn about modern tools, acquire new skills and try them out under the guidance of an instructor.

This week we'll have a hands-on session on Google's free and powerful tool that helps you create interactive dashboards, data presentations and visual reports.

Workshop participants will:
- learn what dashboards are, why data storytelling is needed, and how visualization helps explain ideas more easily and convincingly;
- compare three popular BI tools: Power BI, Tableau and Google Looker Studio;
- prepare a dataset and create their first dashboard;
- learn how to connect data sources and set up their first visualizations;
- try controls and practice solving real-world problems;
- ask questions and get personalized help from the instructor.
This is a great format to try your hand at analytics, get an idea of modern tools and take your first steps towards Data.
