This week the Swiss Coding Academy team had a productive meeting with representatives of Hoa Sen University, one of Vietnam's dynamic universities active in the field of information technology.
We met with:
- Nguyen Thi Thanh Thanh - Program Director, Faculty of Information Technology / Management Information Systems
- Dr. Le Dinh Phong - Dean, Faculty of Information Technology.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of training IT specialists and developing students' digital skills.
What we talked about
During the conversation, we touched upon several areas that could form the basis for future partnerships:
- Joint educational initiatives and open workshops;
- participation of Swiss Coding Academy experts in academic events and guest lectures;
- integration of practical modules (Data Analysis, Python, BI-tools) into university curricula;
- career support opportunities for students through projects, mentoring and internships;
- exchange of experience and methodologies for teaching modern technological disciplines.
Both sides noted that the synergy of Hoa Sen University's academic approach and Swiss Coding Academy's practice-oriented programs can open new career opportunities for students and improve the quality of practical IT education.
What's next
We agreed to continue the dialog in the coming weeks to form pilot initiatives and define the format for further cooperation.
It was a very warm, open and constructive meeting. We thank the representatives of the IT faculty of Hoa Sen University for their interest, professional approach and willingness to build new educational opportunities for students.
